1. INTRODUCTION
- 1.1 EPIC Intents £250k prize draw is an independent prize draw competition which offers our customers the opportunity to win £250,000 in a weekly draw. By entering this draw, you agree to the terms and conditions set out herein. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this prize draw, please do not enter.

2. HOW TO ENTER
- 2.1 If you have an active subscription to our service, you shall receive an automatic confirmation of entry to the prize draw. To subscribe to our service, complete the relevant registration form.
 - 2.2 There is no purchase necessary and no charge to register for use.
 - 2.3 In entering the draw, entrants will be assigned six numbers picked from a range of 1 to 60 (inclusive). Six numbers are drawn using a publicly available number generator from an independent third-party lottery. All entrants’ numbers are submitted into the draw, and where the prize draw’s generated numbers match those of the entrant, that entrant shall be deemed to have won the £250,000 prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
 - 2.4 All entrants shall be included in the forthcoming weekly £250,000 draw upon submission of their details for entry. All entries must be submitted no later than 5 pm on the Closing Day. Entries received after the Closing Day are entered into the following week’s draw.
 - 2.5 This prize draw is insured and paid by our partners, SB7 Mobile Ltd. The promotion is not affiliated with, connected to, or endorsed by the independent third-party lottery, its operators, or any other third-party operator.
 
3. ELIGIBILITY
- 
            3.1 This competition is open only to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
            
- Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
 - Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
 - Members of the immediate families or households of 3.1(a) and 3.1(b).
 
 
- Automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT);
 - Completed by third parties or in bulk.
 
4. WINNERS
- The Promoter shall contact the winner as soon as practicable after the prize numbers are drawn, using the phone number or email address provided with the entry.
 - If all reasonable endeavours to contact a winner have been exhausted, entrants may contact the Promoter to claim the prize within six months from the date of the winning draw.
 - If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within six months, or if payment cannot be completed due to issues with the winner’s payment method (including ineligibility or account restrictions), the prize will be forfeited.
 - The Promoter must either publish or make available information indicating that a valid award took place. The Promoter may publish the surname and area of the prize winner and their winning entry on the website. If you object to this, please contact the Promoter.
 
5. OUR LIABILITY
- Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, save where caused by the gross negligence of the Promoter or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
 - The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any entries that are corrupted, incomplete, or lost, including as a result of technical malfunction, system failure, or network issues.

The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in this policy.
7. GENERAL

 - If there is reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the competition.
 - The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where necessary.
 - These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any entrants wishing to take court proceedings must do so within the courts of the United Kingdom.
